>10 am to 1 pm or 11 am to 2 pm. 3 hours per day.
>April 25th to May 4th.
>patient: Male & weighted 200 lbs
>general location: Valleymede & HWY 7
>Medical condition: suffer multiple sclerosis; 200 lbs 6’ 2”, use wheelchairs
>Care needs: transfer from bed to wheelchair using mechanical lift sling, put on harness jacket for the transfer ; assist morning hygiene routine, transfer from wheelchair to shower chair for shower, prepare light breakfast (like make coffee and toast, and boil/fry eggs, simple food)
>toilet is wheelchair assessable

- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

- $20 per hour + 4% vacation pay
