IOTA Community Schools is a network of four public charter schools in Memphis, Tennessee. We operate both "fresh start" schools and "zoned-enrollment" turnaround schools. From 6th through 12th grades, our schools serve predominantly minority and low-income populations likely to be first-generation college attendees.
The Instructional Aide: High Impact Tutor is a part-time (10-20 hours/week), temporary (ending May 2026) role designed to serve students in grades 6-11 by providing customized instruction based on specific math or English gaps or the pre-requisite skills they need to practice. The incumbent will be assigned to work with small groups of students during the school day for High Impact Tutoring. In this role, you will receive the opportunity to build relationships with students and diagnose, monitor, and drive accelerated learning of math concepts.

Compensation is $35/hr.
