Position Overview

As a Kennel Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, happiness, and well-being of the pets in our care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with animals and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for pets, including feeding, watering, and exercising.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by cleaning kennels, play areas, and common spaces.
• Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with bathing as needed.
• Ensure pets receive plenty of love, attention, and enrichment during their stay.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless care for all animals.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for animals and a desire to work hands-on with them.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude!
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
