About the Role

As a Kennel Boarding Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the pets in our care. From feeding and cleaning to providing companionship and monitoring behavior, you’ll be an integral part of creating a positive experience for every pet that stays with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for pets, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by cleaning kennels, play areas, and other facilities.
• Monitor the health and behavior of pets, reporting any concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Engage with pets during playtime and exercise to ensure they remain happy and active.
• Interact with pet owners in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other general tasks to support the smooth operation of the facility.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with animals, such as in a kennel, pet care, or veterinary setting.
• A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Physical stamina to handle tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and pet owners.
